SnapperHQ ("we," "our," or "us") is a white-label SaaS platform serving real estate media professionals. We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, use our services, or contact us for support.

Information you provide to us:

  • Account and profile information (name, email address, password, business credentials)
  • Business information (company name, address, phone number, tax ID, professional licenses)
  • Client project data, media files, and deliverables
  • Payment and billing information (processed securely through Stripe)
  • Marketing campaign data and advertising account connections
  • Communications with our support team and platform usage data

2. Third-Party Platform Integration

When you connect your social media and advertising accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to SnapperHQ:

  • We access only the permissions you explicitly grant
  • We use your account data to create and manage advertising campaigns on your behalf
  • We do not store your social media passwords
  • You can revoke access at any time through your account settings
  • We comply with each platform's data usage policies

Google Services Integration

When you connect Google Drive and Calendar to SnapperHQ for our automatic delivery system:

  • Google Drive - Initial Setup: We create a main business folder structure ("[Business Name] - Snapper HQ") with organized subfolders for workflow management
  • Google Drive - Order Folders: For each photo shoot, we create dedicated folders with the format "[Address] - [Agent Name] #[Order Number]" containing "Photos - Raw Files", "Video - Raw Files", and "Edited" subfolders
  • Google Drive - File Operations: Photographers upload RAW footage directly to designated folders. We monitor only the "Edited" folders for automatic import of processed photos into our platform
  • Google Drive - Webhook Monitoring: We set up real-time notifications only on "Edited" folders to automatically detect when processed photos are ready for delivery
  • Google Drive - Data Scope: We only access folders and files created by our application. We never access personal files, existing folders, or any content outside our created folder structure
  • Google Calendar: We create photo shoot appointment events in your primary calendar with property details and scheduling information. We do not read, access, or modify existing calendar events
  • All Google integrations are used exclusively for our automated photo delivery and scheduling workflow
  • We store minimal Google data (folder IDs, refresh tokens) with enterprise-grade encryption
  • You can disconnect Google services at any time through account settings, which disables automatic features while preserving your existing project data

🛡️ For Additional Security

We recommend creating a dedicated Google business account exclusively for media delivery (e.g., yourbusinessphotos@gmail.com). Your team members will upload RAW footage and access processed photos through the SnapperHQ interface using this dedicated account, keeping your media operations organized and separate from personal or other business Google accounts.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our white-label platform services
  • Enable business management tools for media professionals
  • Create and manage automated marketing campaigns on your behalf
  • Process payments, invoicing, and send transaction confirmations
  • Provide customer support and technical assistance
  • Send service notifications, updates, and security alerts
  • Analyze platform usage to enhance functionality and user experience
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties except:

  • With your explicit consent
  • To advertising platforms (Facebook, Google, etc.) when you connect your accounts
  • To service providers who assist in our operations (payment processing, hosting)
  • When required by law or to protect our rights

5. Data Security

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information:

  • Encryption of data in transit and at rest
  • Regular security audits and updates
  • Limited access to personal data on a need-to-know basis
  • Secure data centers and infrastructure

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access, update, or delete your personal information
  • Disconnect third-party accounts at any time
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Opt out of marketing communications
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data

7. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. When you request account deletion, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware of such collection, we will delete the information immediately.
